We accept international orders, but international shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes. These fees are to be paid by the customer once a shipment reaches the destination country. Please contact us for a quote. In the comment box write the product you wish to purchase and what is your delivery address. We will reply within 1 business day with a detail quote that will include cost of shipping and potential fees at the port of destination.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. You will be notified if some items on your order will be delayed. Please notify us at this time if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
For your convenience we offer real time rate exchange currency information, to help you estimate the cost of ordering from us in your local currency. To set the store to your currency look for the country flag/currency symbol on the upper navigation, click, and select your preference. Product pages and the shopping cart will display total cost of items plus shipping in your local currency.
During checkout we will display the estimated cost in the foreign currency selected, but the actual charge will be in USD. Canadian customers will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
