All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
Orders placed Monday to Friday excluding holidays before 1 PM ET will ship the same day. International orders are shipped Door-to-Door or Door-to-Airport, depends on the country of destination, and do not include customs brokerage, duty or tax fees. Your shopping cart will show shipping options based on the carrier service availability.
We deliver orders by using UPS:
- Delivery not available to P.O. Boxes.
- Adult signature is required.
The Streaming Store is not responsible for any loss, damage or missing package(s), if you change the shipping address after your order has shipped.
No shipping cost refunds will be issued if your order is not delivered on time by the carrier.
Country Specific Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, we cannot ship items containing lithium batteries to international addresses.
Many countries restrict the import or usage of wireless equipment including Microphones, Cameras, and computer accessories.
Alternatively, some countries may require a license or inspection of any wireless equipment before it may be used. Please ensure that you own and operate any wireless equipment in full compliance with local laws. We are not responsible for any fines, fees, or penalties that may come from inappropriate spectrum usage.
From time to time we offer free shipping as part of our online promotions. Orders qualified for free shipping will be delivered only within the United States or Canada via UPS Standard Service. Packages will be delivered in 5-9 business days, depends on the distance from our warehouse. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
We don’t ship to P.O. Box addresses. Adult signature is required for all shipments. The carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver your order and may provide a local pick up location or return to sender undeliverable packages.
We ship worldwide (except to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda). Oversized items that don't fit standard delivery service will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.
We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
If your order is being shipped to a US/Canadian shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to payment verification, or bad weather conditions. Backorder items may incur additional delay in delivery. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
All orders received Monday to Friday before 1 PM ET will ship the same day. Orders received after 1 PM ET will ship the next business day.
Products marked “Special Order” may take up to 7-14 additional business day to deliver. Special orders are non-refundable.
All customers: please verify all items placed in your order for accuracy and compatibility. The Streaming Store is not responsible for items ordered if they do not fit your intended use. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping in all cases with the exception of products that are “dead on arrival”, meaning the product malfunctioned and is not working. In this case we will work with the manufacture and the customer to replace the defective item with a new one.
