By placing an order on the streaming store website you agree to our terms & conditions. We ship merchandise within the United States and Canada, and to many international destinations. Canadian residents, please change the store currency to Canadian Dollars to pay in Canadian Dollars and get your order from our office in Toronto. All online store orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We accept payments made with credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discovery Card), with PayPal, or by check/bank wire (requires compliting credit application). A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by check. To speed up payment you can ask to send us a bank draft or a wire transfer. Evaluation Products / Demos
Do not purchase equipment for "evaluation" purposes. We will not refund products that are purchased for evaluation or trial purposes. If you want to evaluate equipment try our rental services. Our "Try Before You Buy" program offers credit of 1 rental day towards products purchased within 30 days after the rental period. Government and Academic institutions can complete a purchase within 90 days. Products we don't offer for rent may be available directly from the manufacture. Contact us for more information.
Return / Refund Policy
We do not accept return of merchandise unless it is damaged or defective. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). If you believe that a merchandise is defective, contact the manufacture technical support, using the contact support page on our store. A case number will be issued and a technician will confirm the defective part. Write down that claim number as we will need it for the RMA form. All claims for RMA MUST be made within 3 business days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items. The Streaming Store will pay shipping cost of defective items that are replaced. Customers ordering encoding or editing software, or video capture cards must confirm that the item they purchase can fit in their workstation, and video and audio connectors match their media output and work flow. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Software that was downloaded or opened cannot be returned. Returned products must ship back to The Streaming Store within 14 business days from the day of RMA issuing. Upon receiving the products, a replacement part or credit will be issued within ten business days. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria.
No Return / No Refund Policy
The Streaming Store will not accept returns or requests for refund of orders with the following items: products marked as "Special Order", products marked as "Open Box", open software boxes or electronic software downloads, custom built computers or video encoders, computers and computer software, and any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on product weight and distance to destination. We ship via UPS to domestic and international destinations. We are not liable for delay in delivery caused by UPS or by bad weather. Please read the UPS Money Back Guarantee policy. Orders placed before 1 PM ET will ship the same day, except for shipments going via UPS Ground service that will ship the next business day. Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. Adult signature is required for all deliveries. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or missing package(s), if you change the shipping address after your order has shipped.
Orders placed by Canadian customers will ship from our office in Toronto. Orders placed by international customers except Canada, will ship from the United States. The cost of shipping international orders is displayed during checkout and indicates Door-to-Door or Door-to-Airport service. Customers are responsible for the cost of custom brokerage, duty and tax fees at the country of destination. International customers: please verify all items placed in your order for accuracy and compatibility. Some products may require special permissions and licenses (batteries, wireless video or audio equipment etc). It is the customer responsability to obtain proper permissions and licenses. The Streaming Store is not responsible for items ordered if you can not present proper licenses to local customs authorities, or if they do not fit your intended use. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping in all cases with the exception of products that are “dead on arrival”, meaning the product malfunctioned and is not working.
